We are seeking a skilled Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and automation tools to support our cloud-based solutions. Working closely with development teams, you will ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and scalability in a dynamic Agile development environment. .
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain infrastructure and automation tools to support cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and scalability in a dynamic Agile development environment
- Ensure continuous delivery and deployment with strong experience in CI/CD in Azure
- Deploy and manage container services like Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Container Service
- Create and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Contribute to the optimization of features in a highly competitive industry
- Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a DevOps engineer, focused on Azure platform
- Strong experience in CI/CD in Azure, ensuring continuous delivery/deployment
- Expertise in deployment and functionality of container services (e.g.: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Service)
- Knowledge of Terraform, allowing for infrastructure deployment and management
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, and a scripting language (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Expertise in version control using Git to manage codebase
- Sound knowledge of web infrastructure fundamentals, including Cloud Security practices, encryption, certificate management, and network security
- Ability to create well-written documentation and procedures to maintain system functionality
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft IIS or similar web servers
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet
- Experience with Azure Data Services like Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Lake, etc.
