We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to enhance and maintain our deployment pipelines and automation processes.
You will play a key role in managing builds, deployments, and release coordination across multiple environments. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery. Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for build and release automation
- Manage source control using Git and GitHub to ensure code integrity
- Coordinate deployment releases to minimize downtime across various environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate successful application and service deployments
- Implement proactive strategies to reduce build and release failures
- Monitor and enhance DevOps processes by adopting new tools and methodologies
- Ensure scalability and reliability of deployment pipelines following best practices
- Support troubleshooting and resolve issues related to DevOps processes and environments
Requirements
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD and build automation for at least 3 years
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Background in managing source control systems with Git and GitHub
- Capability to coordinate release deployments across multiple environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to minimizing failures
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
- English language proficiency at a professional working level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Azure Metrics Advisor
- Knowledge of Bicep for infrastructure as code
- Experience with deployment strategies and tools
