We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester (Tosca) to strengthen QA for a telecommunications Salesforce platform support takeover. You will use Tricentis Tosca to improve test effectiveness, coordinate closely with client managers, development, and third-party vendors, and help stabilize long-term support quality—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow testers to deliver high-quality releases
- Use the Tosca automation testing tool to run efficient and effective testing workflows
- Gather and share QA metrics and statistics with clients to highlight trends and improvement areas
- Communicate regularly with client managers and the development team to align on requirements and report testing status
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to synchronize testing activities and support smooth integration
- Execute a large volume of regression testing while managing repetitive work efficiently and maintaining strong coverage
- Identify risks early and propose improvements to strengthen the overall testing process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Test Automation
- Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform with an emphasis on quality assurance and testing
- Proven experience with the Tricentis Tosca automation testing tool
- Solid background in functional testing alongside test automation practices
- Strong ability to prioritize work and perform well under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated capability to proactively handle complex test scenarios effectively
- Good knowledge of testing theory and best practices, supported by high technical expertise
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
