Our team is looking for a seasoned Automation Tester with expertise in .NET to join our Managed Services project, which focuses on Insurance and Spatial platforms.
The successful candidate will be part of a hybrid team in the US Central Time (CT) zone and must have proficiency in web service and API test automation. Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong English communication skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Analyze functional specifications
- Create and maintain automated test scripts (BDD scenarios), execute tests, and analyze results
- Conduct both back-end and front-end testing and engage in the entire QA process
- Work closely with development teams
- Support framework development (C# programming)
- Adhere to coding standards and Agile engineering practices
- Engage in peer reviews and refactoring sessions
- Help define the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of QA Automation experience
- In-depth knowledge of C#
- Background in software development, methodologies, and practical OOP knowledge
- Experience with Selenium and Specflow for test automation
- Familiarity with Gherkin/BDD
- Proficiency in automated testing of web services
- Experience with SOAP and REST testing tools (ReadyAPI/SoapUI preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in Agile collaborative environments
- Solid understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Proficient in spoken English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
- Background in Azure Cloud product development
- Knowledge of SQL
- Azure DevOps experience
