We are seeking a remote Senior Automation Tester with expertise in Python to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing automated test suites for one or more products. You will also maintain and develop new test automation frameworks, contributing to reducing testing technical debt and improving process efficiency by innovative ways or by bringing alignment with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain new or existing test automation frameworks
- Reducing testing technical debt and improving process efficiency through innovative ways or by bringing alignment with industry standards
- Design, develop and execute test automation suite for one or more products
- Strategize, plan and estimate assigned work, and provide periodic status reports on project milestones
- Develop the test strategy/analysis and define the configuration of test environment/s to facilitate the testing needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues to identify root cause and corrective improvements and provide technical knowledge and assistance to other engineers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation and software testing
- Strong programming skills in Python, experience writing automated tests using Pytest, Selenium, and REST API testing tools
- Expertise in designing and developing test automation frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, load, performance, and stress testing
- Knowledge of PosgreSQL
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
