We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester in Python to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing with the ability to write automation test scripts from scratch, using Python and other automation testing frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test suites, and for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test frameworks and scripts
- Create and execute test cases based on user expectations and problems
- Identify and produce bug reports
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that all code changes are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards
- Ensure that testing activities are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in automation testing in Python
- Experience in writing automation test scripts from scratch and executing relevant test cases
- Experience with QE/Functional Testing and Test Automation Frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD and an understanding of its importance in the development process
- Experience with Cucumber and Robot Framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Appium, EarlGrey, and X-Ray
