We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester in .NET to join our remote team and work on a project that involves helping our client's IoT domain teams transition from on-prem assets to cloud/SaaS offerings.
As part of the development team, you will be responsible for automating service and API-level tests in RestSharp. You will also utilize your familiarity with the Allure Framework and Playwright to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to develop and implement automated testing strategies and solutions
- Create and execute automated tests for service and API-level functionality using RestSharp
- Ensure the quality of software products through rigorous testing
- Troubleshoot and identify defects, working with the development team to resolve issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality, maintainable code
- Work closely with a mentor to enhance skills, adapt to the company's testing processes, and meet testing targets
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in automated testing, ideally with .NET
- Experience in automating service and API-level tests in RestSharp
- Expertise in Azure Web, C#, Event-based solutions, and Web Service/API Test Automation
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficient in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level competency for hassle-free communication with the team and stakeholders
