We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester with a focus on .NET platforms.
This individual will play a key role in a new engagement with our client, working under client management as part of the EPAM functional team. The successful candidate must be highly experienced in employing testing and test automation tools specifically for .NET cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using .NET
- Detect bug issues and prepare detailed bug reports
- Collaborate effectively with the product development team to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Recommend improvements in automated testing processes for enhanced efficiency
- Configure necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing
- Provide feedback to developers about automated testing strategies, design fixes, and patches
- Perform load testing applications to ensure robustness and reliability
- Analyze user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Handle test activities for multiple projects concurrently
- Mentor junior automation testers in test automation techniques and processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience utilizing .NET and TypeScript technologies in a professional environment
- Expertise in load testing tools
- Ability to work independently and in team settings with a client-centric focus
- Background in developing and executing automated test cases for Angular applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivation with a diligent work ethic
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Angular application test automation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their functionalities
- Understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery processes
