We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester specializing in .NET to join our remote team.
In this role, your primary responsibility will involve devising and implementing automated tests, enhancing the overall quality of our software products. Collaborating closely with the development team and other QA professionals, you'll pinpoint areas suitable for automation, creating tests that uphold the product's impeccable standards. Your pivotal role ensures our software products are flawless and align with customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Design and craft automated tests for web applications utilizing .NET technologies and tools
- Work collaboratively with the development team and QA professionals to pinpoint automation areas, creating tests that maintain the product's exceptional quality
- Participate actively in shaping and developing the test automation framework
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and pinpoint defects
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and promptly resolve issues
- Create and manage test documentation, encompassing test plans, cases, and reports
- Engage in code reviews, offering insights on code quality and testability
Requirements
- A minimum of 3.5 years of automated testing experience in .NET
- Proficient in the C# programming language
- Expertise in web UI test automation tools within the .NET environment
- Competency in web service/API test automation
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, SVN
- In-depth understanding of test automation framework architecture in .NET
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as SpecFlow or equivalent
- Background in working within an Agile environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
