We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester to join our remote team, specializing in .NET.
Working with us, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining API regression tests using Postman Automation (javascript), performing manual API testing using Postman, and manual testing on the UI to verify new features and functionality. You will analyze regression results to determine if bugs are needed or if tests need updating. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers and product owners to validate acceptance criteria and participate in scum meetings to guide the team in focusing on quality when writing and refining stories. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will demonstrate new features and tests to the entire team.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain API regression tests using Postman Automation (javascript)
- Perform manual API testing using Postman, and manual testing on the UI to verify new features and functionality
- Analyze regression results to determine if bugs are needed or if tests need updating
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to validate acceptance criteria
- Participate in scrum meetings to guide the team in focusing on quality when writing and refining stories
- Demonstrate new features and tests to the entire team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automated Testing in .NET
- Experience writing and maintaining UI regression tests in Selenium using C#
- Experience with Test Plan Development and Web Service / API Testing
- Strong experience in JavaScript and Postman
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in manual testing and defect reporting
- Fluent in English, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level of competency for hassle-free communication with the team and stakeholders

- Experience with Azure DevOps for work and bug tracking
