We're in search of an accomplished Senior .NET Automation Tester to join our remote team.
As a Senior Automation Tester, your role encompasses the design, creation, and upkeep of automated test scripts for both web and API applications. Your proficiency with C#, Web UI Test Automation Tools, and Test Automation Frameworks in .NET is crucial for aiding the team in delivering top-notch software solutions. Collaborating with the development team, you ensure that all software applications are thoroughly tested and meet the necessary quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and API applications
- Collaborate with the development team to verify that software applications meet required quality standards
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content
- Generate test cases, test plans, and test reports
- Conduct manual testing when necessary
- Provide input on project timelines and deliverables
- Participate in code reviews and offer feedback on testability and automation
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in automated testing
Requirements
- Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in automated testing in .NET
- Proficiency in C# programming
- Hands-on experience with Web UI Test Automation Tools
- Competence in Web Service and API Test Automation
- Familiarity with Version Control Systems like Git
- Thorough knowledge of Test Automation Framework Architecture in .NET and BDD Frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional team environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level and higher)
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO and Selenium
- Knowledge of RestSharp
- Expertise in load and performance testing
- Understanding of security testing
