Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Automation Tester in Mobile to join the global team.
The customer is an Indian subscription video-on-demand streaming service, providing the best of Indian entertainment, TV shows, LIVE cricket, news, and movies.
Responsibilities
- Automate mobile applications using Espresso, XCUITest
- Write clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases for testing new features
- Participate in release regression of Web, Mobile clients, Living room devices
- Execute manual and automated test cases for sign-off
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and Agile/Scrum development process
- Good understanding of the REST APIs, request-response structures, and error and status codes
- Experience in automating RESTful services
- Experience with Espresso and XCUITest
- Experience in Web automation using Cypress/PlayWright
- Exposure to versioning control system like Git
- Understanding of build release and deployment flow especially in iOS & Android
- Exposure to tools like POSTMAN, CharlesProxy
- Exposure to Linux commands and shell scripts
- Good knowledge on building and publishing POCs
