Join our remote team as a Senior Automation Tester in JS within a leading software development company. We are actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Automation Tester to collaborate with development peers, product leadership, and other technical staff to create innovative and impactful solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the design, development, and optimization of features in a dynamic Agile development environment. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will be responsible for conducting automated testing using AngularJS, Cypress, Functional Testing, and JavaScript Testing.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct automated testing in JS using AngularJS, Cypress, Functional Testing, and Javascript Testing
  • Aid in the Saffron/Angular migration project
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts
  • Ensure high-quality standards for the final product
  • Collaborate with the other team to ensure smooth integration of the product into the platform
  • Provide feedback to the development team regarding test results and defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, product designs, and schedules
  • Identify and document defects and work with the development team to resolve them
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Provide accurate and timely status reports to management
Requirements
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Automated Testing in JS
  • Experience in conducting functional testing on web applications
  • Expertise in AngularJS and Cypress for building scalable and high-performance applications
  • Experience with Javascript Testing frameworks
  • Deep understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work remotely and in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Excellent English communication skills with an upper-intermediate level proficiency or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with Selenium and Protractor
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
  • Experience with load and performance testing tools like JMeter
