We invite an experienced Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript to join our growing team. You will support quality-focused delivery work where analytical problem-solving and shared accountability play an important role. Responsibilities
- Develop scalable automated testing structures that balance engineering needs with wider business expectations
- Partner with delivery teams across the organization to maintain quality standards and support predictable completion dates
- Participate in system design conversations by advising on automation feasibility and validation priorities
- Perform peer reviews of test code, offering actionable feedback that improves reliability and technical consistency
- Troubleshoot complex issues affecting automated tests and implement fixes that address underlying causes
- Mentor newer colleagues by sharing expertise and helping them build confidence in their technical abilities
- Join planning discussions to clarify testing deliverables, assess effort, and support realistic scheduling
- Follow advancements in quality engineering and apply useful techniques to improve everyday automation activities
- Maintain comprehensive records of test methods and significant technical decisions to support process continuity
- Engage stakeholders in defining delivery goals and ensure completed work is assessed against agreed standards
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of real-world experience in an automation testing, QA, or related role
- Ability to use JavaScript effectively for creating, updating, and maintaining automated testing code
- Hands-on use of Playwright or similar JS UI automation technologies to check web interface behavior
- Familiarity with automating web service and API tests to verify backend stability and expected responses
- Competence with version control platforms for managing shared test assets and recording code changes
- Detailed knowledge of automation framework architecture for building test solutions that remain adaptable over time
- Experience implementing JavaScript BDD frameworks to automate clear, behavior-based validation scenarios
- Working familiarity with AI tools and concepts that can be applied to strengthen quality practices
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both verbally and in writing
