We are seeking a remote Senior Automation Tester in Java/Scala to join our team.
You will contribute to the quality and performance of the client's program by developing and implementing automated testing strategies.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective test automation frameworks for the program
- Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios to ensure the reliability and performance of the platform
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test automation processes and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure quality-focused development practices
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in automated testing, with a focus on Java and Scala
- Knowledge of Automation in Scala is a must have
- Proven ability to develop and execute test strategies for complex systems
- Experience with BDD Frameworks and System Testing
- Knowledge of Test Strategy Development and Web Service/API Test Automation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Apache Cassandra
- Experience with Kubernetes, Postman
- Understanding of XML Query Language and functional programming concepts
- Experience with Datadog, Git, GitHub, Jira
