We are looking for an experienced remote Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting Java core applications, SQL scripting, and Linux operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on Java core applications, SQL scripting, and Linux operations
- Manage ITIL Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Agile methodologies
- Maintain and update the Knowledge Base using Confluence
- Troubleshoot issues with browsers such as IE, Chrome, and Safari
- Collaborate with team members to implement application support solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support
- Proficiency in Bash, Docker, and Jenkins
- Experience with Linux, SQL, Apache Tomcat, and ServiceNow
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of self-organization and attention to detail
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Sumologic, Grafana, and Sensu is a plus
