Our company is looking for a remote Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide level 2 application support, monitor applications handle alerts from monitoring systems, and manage incidents through problem determination and resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2 application support of retail Supply Chain and Integration applications, such as Tibco EMS and Order Management system
  • Monitor applications and handle alerts from monitoring systems
  • Manage incidents through problem determination, workaround resolution, and root cause analysis
  • Participate in Major Incident Handling (bridge) calls
  • Assist with incident management
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application technical support
  • Strong investigation and troubleshooting skills
  • Good theoretical knowledge of Incident Management
  • Practical experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
  • Practical experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tool
  • Experience with Tibco EMS and IBM Sterling platforms
  • Knowledge of any programming language, networking, and competence to read and understand node JS / Java source code
  • B2+ English level
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of SQL
