We are looking for a remote Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the main domain and have proven experience in working with legacy systems and recommending and implementing changes to improve deployment. The candidate must possess strong CI/CD, scripting, and automation skills and be able to communicate effectively in English at an upper-intermediate level. Additionally, the candidate must be a team player, flexible, and stress-resistant.
Responsibilities
- Assess current project architecture and identify areas for improvements
- Design CI/CD solution for QA and Dev environments
- Implement DockerTerraform
- Design and implement solutions for AWS, Ansible, Bash, Docker, Jenkins, and Linux
- Provide technical support for application issues and troubleshoot reported problems
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Application Support
- Strong CI/CD, scripting, and automation skills
- Proven experience in working with legacy systems and recommending and implementing changes to improve deployment
- Experience with Scrum or Agile Methodology
- Ability to communicate effectively in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience with CI tools like Github, Gitlab, and others
- ITIL experience
