We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Application Production Support Specialist to join our team.

The role requires ensuring the smooth running of application production by providing both technical and functional support, maintaining operational condition, and actively participating in development projects and upgrade activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a commitment to quality user support.

Responsibilities
  • Guarantee application production support for technical and functional needs
  • Update deliverables specific to the operation of the RUN according to norms and standards
  • Provide technical or functional support to teams regarding application functionalities, evolution possibilities, and technical constraints
  • Ensure proper functioning, maintainability, and scalability of the platform
  • Respond to incidents and manage ad-hoc change requests
  • Manage version upgrades of application scope (middleware, base, etc.)
  • Ensure application SLA objectives are met
  • Update documentation regularly
  • Provide high-quality user support to the business
  • Organize and synthesize communications to different stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of system architecture, SQL, Shell, OS
  • Experience with risk identification and monitoring
  • Effective coordination of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Commitment to initiative and educational approaches
  • Rigor and responsiveness in work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Office attendance required at least 2 times per week
  • Proficiency in French (B2 / C1 level)
