We are seeking a Senior Android Developer to participate in large-scale mobile development projects.
We are looking for professionals with solid experience in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, and modern presentation architectures, capable of designing scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with best software engineering practices. Work arrangement to be defined on a project basis.
Responsibilities
- Create, evolve, and support native Android applications written in Kotlin
- Craft modern, high-performance, and declarative UI components leveraging Jetpack Compose
- Architect and deliver solutions grounded in Clean Architecture to guarantee well-defined boundaries between application layers
- Follow SOLID principles to produce code that is easy to scale, reuse, and maintain over time
- Plan and roll out modularization approaches that boost app performance, scalability, and compilation speed
- Adopt and advocate for contemporary presentation patterns like MVVM, MVI, or MVP to organize the UI layer in a clean and efficient way
- Write and maintain unit tests that uphold strict quality benchmarks and ensure long-term robustness
- Work alongside cross-functional teams during technical discovery, estimation exercises, and solution shaping
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline, or comparable hands-on experience
- A minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience within the Android development field
- Strong and verifiable command of Kotlin applied to native Android development
- High-level expertise in Jetpack Compose for crafting contemporary, declarative user interfaces
- Deep experience implementing Clean Architecture in production-grade systems to build resilient and maintainable software
- Solid theoretical and hands-on mastery of SOLID principles applied to actual projects
- Extensive background in modularizing Android applications to enhance scalability, maintainability, and build efficiency
- High-level command of presentation patterns like MVVM, MVI, or MVP to organize both UI and business logic layers
- Robust hands-on experience writing and maintaining unit tests to preserve code integrity and application reliability
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, backed by strong written and spoken communication abilities
Nice to have
- Hands-on background with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow to handle asynchronous and reactive programming scenarios
- Working knowledge of dependency injection tools like Hilt or Dagger for streamlined management of application components
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows tailored to Android projects to streamline build, testing, and deployment cycles
- Practical exposure to UI testing tools such as Espresso or Compose UI Test to verify complete user journeys
- Awareness of Google Play Store submission workflows along with release management best practices
