We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to support technical enablement initiatives, bootcamps, and workshop delivery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical bootcamps and hands-on enablement sessions
- Deliver code-first learning experiences rather than slide-based training
- Build demos, labs, and reusable enablement assets
- Design workflows, automations, and solution bundles that accelerate adoption and improve enablement outcomes
- Travel and deliver sessions onsite as needed
- Build expertise in emerging technologies and apply them rapidly to enablement content
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering and software development
- Proficiency in Python, including advanced backend development
- Expertise in LangGraph and MLflow, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in each
- Skills in Databricks, CI/CD, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot
- Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills
- Capability to facilitate hands-on workshops and bootcamps confidently
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Skills in designing workflows and automation solutions that improve processes and enhance enablement offerings
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development practices
