Responsibilities
- Design and develop complete AI applications including chatbots, Q&A platforms, and agent workflows
- Work directly with clients to capture requirements and propose solutions driven by large language models
- Build and maintain data pipelines, prompt strategies, and datasets to support AI model training and deployment
- Assess and enhance AI system performance focusing on accuracy, security, scalability, and compliance
- Research and prototype AI concepts quickly to validate feasibility and demonstrate value
- Keep up to date with developments in large language models, frameworks, and AI methodologies
- Evaluate generative AI outputs using relevant metrics and LLM-based evaluation techniques
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python programming with experience in web frameworks such as FastAPI or similar
- Strong background in AI application development lifecycle
- Experience with rapid UI prototyping tools like Streamlit or Gradio
- Familiarity with major large language model platforms and APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, and Gemini
- Understanding of advanced AI integration patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation and use of agents
- Experience deploying AI solutions at scale considering performance, cost, and maintainability
- Capability to evaluate generative AI quality using retrieval, classification, and LLM-based metrics
- Demonstrated experience in AI engineering and delivering machine learning-based solutions
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- English proficiency suitable for effective communication with clients and team members
Nice to have
- Experience designing experiments and conducting A/B tests to refine AI models based on user feedback
