We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to work on the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions, transforming business needs into scalable, high-impact applications. The professional will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop and operationalize Machine Learning models and applications based on LLMs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions
  • Create applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Design data pipelines and MLOps processes for training, evaluating and monitoring models
  • Build AI agents, chatbots and solutions based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems and cloud platforms
  • Collaborate with business areas, data engineering and software development to identify automation and innovation opportunities
  • Ensure the quality, performance, security and governance of developed solutions
  • Monitor trends and best practices in AI and GenAI
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
  • Proficiency in Python development
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
  • Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex or similar
  • Familiarity with language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or open-source models)
  • Understanding of vector databases and RAG architecture
  • Skills in REST APIs and system integration
  • Knowledge of Git, Docker and CI/CD practices
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Nice to have
  • Experience with MLOps and observability tools
  • Knowledge of Databricks, MLflow and enterprise AI platforms
  • Expertise in Kubernetes and microservices architecture
  • Certifications in Cloud, Databricks or Generative AI
  • Experience in AI projects applied to sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, finance or insurance
