We are hiring a Senior AI Consultant to drive Gen AI in the SDLC across a leading restaurant and brand experience operator in Latin America and Europe. You will shape and scale AI-driven SDLC tooling and developer productivity platforms, speeding delivery, design reviews, and automated code generation while meeting enterprise security needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the strategy to embed AI-driven development, code review, and documentation tools into the current engineering toolchain
- Run discovery workshops and capability assessments to identify engineering bottlenecks and design tailored AI-assisted SDLC workflows
- Set governance models, security guidance, and compliance guardrails for Generative AI usage in software development, including proprietary code handling, IP protection, and vulnerability scanning
- Coach engineering squads and lead enablement sessions on prompt engineering best practices, secure coding with AI, and automated pull-request workflows
- Balance rapid developer productivity improvements with enterprise security, data privacy, and intellectual property constraints
- Address developer pushback to new workflows through change management, practical enablement, and clear value measurement
- Partner with cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and delivery squads while working closely with client tech leaders, software engineers, and global architecture teams
- Travel occasionally for workshops, alignment meetings, and technical enablement with client leadership
Requirements
- Proven 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or technical consulting with a strong emphasis on developer tooling, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering practices
- Hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools for software development such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, and Cursor
- Solid understanding of LLM integration patterns and up-to-date SDLC practices including CI/CD and DevOps
- Strong software engineering foundation across full-stack or backend development and automated testing
- Demonstrated practical experience deploying and scaling AI-assisted development tools in enterprise environments
- Working familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and automated PR review frameworks
- Advanced or Intermediate B2 level of English
Nice to have
- Professional or Native fluency in Spanish
- Certifications in Cloud Platforms (AWS), Agile/DevOps practices, or relevant AI/ML technologies
- Experience working within retail, e-commerce, or QSR engineering ecosystems
