We are seeking a skilled Senior Advent Geneva Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and support of portfolio accounting and investment management solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Advent Geneva to deliver robust customizations, integrations, and reporting capabilities that support critical business operations within the financial services domain.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Advent Geneva solutions, including RSL/RDL development and configuration
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Advent Geneva implementations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and maintain integrations between Advent Geneva and upstream/downstream systems
- Develop SQL queries and scripts to support reporting, data extraction, and system integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to portfolio accounting, trade lifecycle, and reporting
- Partner with investment management and operations teams to optimize workflows and processes
- Ensure solutions align with best practices in accounting, portfolio management, and trade processing
- Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Advent Geneva, including RSL/RDL development, configuration, customization, and support
- Background in investment management, asset management, or capital markets environments
- Understanding of accounting, portfolio management, and trade lifecycle concepts
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting
- Skills in building integrations with upstream and downstream systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)

- Familiarity with trade finance processes
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles
- Expertise in advanced SQL scripting techniques
