We are looking for a seasoned Senior Accessibility Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Accessibility Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and ensuring the accessibility of digital products and services. Your expertise in accessibility standards and evaluation tools will be instrumental in guiding the team to create inclusive and user-friendly experiences for all.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and ensure the accessibility of digital products and services in accordance with accessibility standards and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the UX design and development teams to advocate for accessible design and code practices
  • Integrate accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that accessibility is considered throughout the development lifecycle
  • Advise and guide the team on creating inclusive and user-friendly experiences for all users, including those with disabilities
  • Conduct accessibility audits and provide actionable recommendations for accessibility improvements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in accessibility testing, evaluation, and implementation of accessibility solutions
  • Deep understanding of accessibility fundamentals and standards, including WCAG 2.1 and ARIA
  • Proven expertise in using screen readers like JAWS and NVDA for accessibility testing
  • Experience in integrating accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in accessibility evaluation tools, including Figma and other design software
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles, with the ability to collaborate with designers and developers to implement accessible solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
