We are seeking a Senior Accessibility Analyst to join our team and ensure that our digital experiences are inclusive, functional, and accessible to all users.

Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will use your expertise in accessibility standards and testing to help create seamless, user-centric digital solutions that meet industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and strategists to integrate accessibility principles into project initiatives
  • Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing to identify and address barriers in digital products
  • Recommend solutions and improvements in design and development processes for WCAG AA, ADA, and Section 508 compliance
  • Educate cross-functional teams about accessibility best practices, guidelines, and trends in the industry
  • Validate accessibility fixes through re-testing and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Ensure documentation and deliverables incorporate accessibility requirements clearly and effectively
  • Lead and participate in accessibility audits, including the creation of detailed reports detailing findings and recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize accessibility-related improvements across digital platforms
  • Leverage tools like Miro, Figma, and Jira for documenting and tracking accessibility issues during the project lifecycle
  • Support compliance with international accessibility regulations while aligning with organizational goals
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of proven experience working with accessibility standards like WCAG AA, ADA, and Section 508
  • Background in accessibility testing using both manual methods and tools such as Axe, ANDI, and WAVE
  • Strong understanding of development methodologies and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for identifying and discussing accessibility fixes
  • Familiarity with Miro, Figma, and Jira for collaboration, documentation, and tracking accessibility requirements
  • Competency in promoting awareness and compliance around accessibility laws and standards across teams
Nice to have
  • Background in eCommerce platforms and their unique accessibility challenges
  • Knowledge of assistive technologies like screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) and accessibility testing tools
  • Expertise in creating accessible design systems that scale across multiple projects or products
