Currently, we are looking for a remote Scrum Master Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Motivate project team members, encourage and support productive work performance, facilitate team collaboration
- Facilitate the team’s Scrum ceremonies, i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Grooming, Backlog Grooming
- Facilitate and coach the teams to perform ceremonies and events effective and productive
- Coach the Product Owner (India) to Liaise with Product Managers (USA) to build the backlog and assist them in prioritizing, grooming, and managing the product backlog
- Coach the Product Owner in authoring valuable product backlog items with required clarity
- Promote visibility and transparency, particularly by keeping information radiators up to date (white boards, ALM boards, etc.) and reminding the team to update
- Act as a catalyst to build healthy relationship between product leadership in USA and developing teams in India
- Understand team members psychology and motivate them to stay happy throughout the project
- Coach/mentor team on the Agile Methodology in order to constantly improve the team’s standards of work
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 3+ years’ solid project management experience in commercial, enterprise-level product environment
- Expertise in AGILE methodologies and frameworks like, SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe etc process leadership & outcomes
- Previous Software Development or Engineering Technical background
- Able to understand client operating model thoroughly and help the teams and external stake holders to maintain the agile process
