Currently, we are looking for a remote Scrum Master Team Lead for a Retail Company
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Program Management to maintain product backlog
- Manage the configuration of workflows, boards, dashboards and reports
- Expectations set for the creation of Epics and user stories
- Metrics definition and implementation, tracking and reporting
- Execute incident management workflow for team specific issues
- Facilitate resolution and/or removal of roadblocks
- Work closely with customer’s PMO
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Able to config Jira to best suit the team's needs
- Strong Agile Scrum knowledge and champion of SDLC process
