Currently, we are looking for a remote Scrum Master Team Lead for a Media Company
Responsibilities
- Focus on delivering value
- Run Scrum events, maintain Confluence documentation, fluently and clearly communicate with the Client on daily basis, challenge processes and opinions in productive and non-violent fashion, staff and onboard newjoiners, support both EPAM and Client members of the team being a 'glue' to the group
- Proactively make suggestions on processes, set ups and engineering principles, strive for continuous positive change and effectiveness
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Scrum/Kanban expert
- Understand cloud concepts (AWS / GCP in particular) on a sufficient level to surface potential issues/blockers from engineering team and communicate them to stakeholders
