Currently, we are looking for a remote Scrum Master to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform Scrum Master duties
- Communicate and align with other Product Teams
- Track and remove impediments
- Forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration
- Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them
- Ensure the correct use of the process
- Communicate with other stakeholders to ensure a common client alignment
- Help the team to maintain the product backlog
- Coaching the development team in self-organization
- Scrum artifacts documentation and maintenance, sprint results communication
- Ensure that customer support process is on the high level
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience Agile/Scrum/Kanban 3+ years
- Experience in Team management
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning Experience
- JIRA/Confluence experience
- experience with customer support process setup
