Currently, we are looking for a Remote Scrum Master to join our team.
The customer is a Canadian-American multinational media conglomerate. The company was founded in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where it is headquartered at the Bay Adelaide Centre.
Responsibilities
- Creating Sprint and Release reports, tracking streams metrics and analyzing this
- Coach teams
- Working with customer-side Product Owners
- Maintain stable velocity and predictable results
- Participate in the Method of work session to improve processes and product quality
- Coordinate internal and cross streams activities between PO, BA, Dev, QA, Ops teams
- Work with the team commitments to the Features delivery on time
- Prepare Bi-weekly Reports including Metrics
Requirements
- 6+ years oF Scrum master experience
- Agile Coach experience
- Development process setup and tuning experience
- Project Management knowledge
- 1+ years of leadership experience
