Currently, we are looking for a remote Scrum Master to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Scrum master for Daily activities and backlog management
- Daily task's monitoring
- Prepare planning and grooming
- Prepare Status Report and integrate project's KPIs
- Team staffing/management
Requirements
- 6+ years of Production experience in Project Management and at least 2 projects in Scrum Master role
- Excellent negotiation skills with development and client teams
- Good communication skills in English (B2+ and higher) – both written and verbal
- Keep attention to details and accurate reporting in time
- Experienced with Scrum techniques (daily calls, planning, task's execution, retro, demo and etc)
- Familiar with common project's KPIs
- Experience with Azure DevOps
