6+ years of Production experience in Project Management and at least 2 projects in Scrum Master role

Excellent negotiation skills with development and client teams

Good communication skills in English (B2+ and higher) – both written and verbal

Keep attention to details and accurate reporting in time

Experienced with Scrum techniques (daily calls, planning, task's execution, retro, demo and etc)

Familiar with common project's KPIs

Experience with Azure DevOps
