We are currently looking for a remote Scrum Master to become a part of the global team.
The customer is an insurance company that offers surety bonds to construction, engineering, oil and gas, manufacturing, defense, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, transportation, and retail sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead two team through the requered meetings
- Write MOMs
- Support client site PO
- Own Jira backlog
- Negotiate with other teams terms and conditions of required changes
- Keep approriate level of morale in teams
- Escalate risk /dependenciese
- Weekly report about progress/RAID on SOS
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Scrum
- Deep understanding of Scrum and SAFe
- Knowledge of Jira
- Project Management background
- Familiarity with Pivotal Tracker
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to handle conflicts and take on responsibilities
