We're looking for a remote Scrum Master with proven production experience, and experience leading agile scrum teams to join our team.
The customer is one of the world's leading communications services companies. It was established in 1980. It is the largest mobile network operator in the UK, with more than 30 million customers and the largest operator of 4G services in Europe.
We’re ready to offer a Scrum team, direct communication with the Customer and business trips.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new projects kick off: plan transition/discovery phases, responsible for producing all supporting artefacts, make arrangements
- Report delivery health for the project
- Weekly project status report
- Help to resolve impediments for EPAM team
- Identify and highlight project risks to the client
- Identify with EPAM team and propose to the client project improvements
- Release planning
- Communication with customer delivery management team
Requirements
- Must have previous Scrum Master experience
- Experience leading agile scrum teams
- Management experience
- Good understanding of Scrum framework
- Good understanding on software lifecycle, delivery pipelines
- Good on scaled agile methodology
- Software product development experience with remotely distributed delivery teams
- Must be self-motivated and able to work as part of a scrum team and together with other squads within a major program
- Organized, agile, good people management skills
- B2 and higher English level
Nice to have
- Retail or Telco experience
- Experience in Commerce domain is a plus
