We are looking for a Scrum Master to help our teams adopt and evolve Agile practices, enabling continuous delivery of value through collaboration, transparency, and metrics-driven improvement. You will serve as a servant leader across teams and programs, aligning business and technology while strengthening delivery predictability—apply to join us.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and evolution of Scrum and Kanban practices across teams and programs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies at team and program level to ensure alignment and flow
- Remove complex impediments that impact value delivery and delivery predictability
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders to reduce delivery risk
- Coach Product Owners on backlog prioritization and refinement to maximize value
- Promote continuous improvement using metrics, insights, and effective retrospectives
- Monitor and analyze delivery and team performance indicators to guide action
- Ensure transparency and traceability of work using Jira and dashboards
- Align business, technology, and related areas to support coordinated delivery outcomes
- Support scaled Agile initiatives when organizational context requires it
- Provide coaching and mentoring to strengthen Agile maturity across teams
- Build high-performing teams through collaboration, conflict resolution, and facilitation
- Promote good practices in planning, estimation, and delivery to improve predictability
Requirements
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in software development environments
- Hands-on experience supporting multiple teams or simultaneous initiatives
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and cross-team dependencies
- Servant leadership capability to guide teams without formal authority
- Advanced Scrum and Kanban knowledge to tailor practices to context
- Strong backlog management skills to support prioritization and refinement with Product Owners
- Advanced facilitation skills for team- and program-level Agile ceremonies
- Agile metrics expertise including Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput
- Jira advanced proficiency for transparency and traceability via dashboards
- Confluence working knowledge to support documentation and alignment
- SDLC knowledge to collaborate effectively with delivery teams
- General DevOps and CI/CD knowledge to support flow and continuous delivery
- Effective communication skills to align business, technology, and related areas
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
- Consultancy mindset to advise teams and stakeholders on process optimization
Nice to have
- SAFe knowledge and experience in scaled Agile contexts
- Lean Management familiarity to optimize flow and value delivery
- PI Planning experience to support cross-team alignment and execution
- DORA metrics understanding to strengthen DevOps and delivery insights
- Azure DevOps or Power BI exposure for reporting and visualization
