We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team remotely.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving product development and delivery. You will use your expertise to facilitate Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies and ensure project delivery through cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the product vision and strategy to the team and stakeholders
- Lead the product development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery while maintaining high quality
- Facilitate Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies, ensuring that team processes are consistent with industry best practices
- Act as Scrum Master, leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key product metrics, ensuring that the product is meeting business goals
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and aligned with business priorities
- Ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently, removing any obstacles that may hinder productivity
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with a strong background in software development
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or delivery management
- Experience in a leadership role in product development, managing engagements for software engineering teams of 20+ people
- Certification in PSM I, and SAFE (5.1 - better 6.х)
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, and Scrum Master principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced language skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above)

- Certification in PMP and Cloud would be a plus
