We are currently in search of a Scrum Master to join our team remotely.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving product development and delivery. You'll utilize your expertise to facilitate Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies and ensure project success through effective cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to both the team and stakeholders
- Take the lead in the product development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and meeting customer needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of the product while upholding high quality standards
- Facilitate the implementation of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies, ensuring team processes are in line with industry best practices
- Fulfill the role of Scrum Master, leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Identify and effectively manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key product metrics to ensure the product is meeting its business goals
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with the priorities of the business
- Ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively by removing any obstacles that may impede productivity
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and development
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with a strong background in software development
- Have at least 3 years of experience in product management or delivery management
- Previous experience in a leadership role within product development, overseeing engagements for teams consisting of 20+ engineers
- Hold certifications in PSM I and SAFE (5.1 - preferably 6.х)
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, and the principles of being a Scrum Master
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced language skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above)

- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Cloud would be a valuable addition
