Currently, we are looking for a remote Scrum Master to join our global team
Responsibilities
- Setup and support scrum-process for two teams
- Setup and handle Agile ceremonies and other team meetings
- Discover processes and their improvements for effective teamwork, their establish and support
- Establish effective communication with the Product Manager (Client-side), Architects team, Release train engineer (RTE), and others
- Participate in daily base communication with the Client
- Participation in preparing weekly-base releases
- People management of the team
- Track team members' performance and attrition risks. Report them in Teams DC
- Support the technical lead in communication (external and internal)
- Manage stakeholders (Product manager, Delivery lead, team, RTE) expectations
- Plan the teamwork and backlog with the Product owner (BA) and technical lead, make the planning transparent to the Product manager
- Participate in product increment (PI) planning (for 6-7 two-week sprints)
- Sprint planning
- Track and manage dependencies on the other teams within the program and 3rd party teams/companies
- Track dependencies in the tracking tool and reporting to the upper management
- Collaboration with other SMs and teams to track the status and to resolve the existing dependencies
- Track changes on the features and epics level during PI execution, handle how it influent the team workload
- Be accountable for the accurate work with the tracking system and knowledge base. Work and establish team work with these tools according to the program processes and guidelines
- Participate in improving the current and establishing of new processes
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Scrum
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience in Project management, Scrum mastering, or team leading
- Hands-on experience in running projects using SAFE
- Experience in management of two teams at the same time
- English B1+
