We are looking for a Chief SAP Logistics Consultant SD, S/4HANA to shape customs logistics and supply chain processes on SAP S/4HANA at scale. You will drive functional delivery across customs topics, interfaces (IDocs, API-based integrations), and stakeholder alignment for retail projects, with regular travel to Metzingen—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Assess business needs, produce functional specifications, and support testing and operational work
- Design and refine customs-related processes within SAP S/4HANA
- Oversee and support interfaces, including IDocs and API-based integrations
- Advise business stakeholders by providing functional guidance and support
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth end-to-end project delivery
- Travel to Metzingen, Germany, twice per month for 3 days each trip
Requirements
- Proven professional background with 7+ years of general work experience
- Extensive hands-on exposure with 4+ years working on SAP S/4HANA
- Strong functional knowledge of customs-related processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP interfaces, including IDocs and API-based integrations
- Demonstrated participation in SAP implementation projects and/or roll-outs in a functional role
- Solid track record in requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, and operational support
- Retail domain experience is required; fashion domain experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to Metzingen
