We are seeking a Business Analyst to drive the analysis, design and implementation of SAP FS-CD solutions that improve financial operations and enable accurate, timely financial reporting. This role supports large-scale transformation projects including acquisitions, integrations and migrations, partnering with finance and technology stakeholders to drive process efficiency, solution quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, document, validate and secure approval for complex business requirements across finance functions, with a focus on SAP FS-CD Collections and Disbursements processes
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP development, configuration and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
  • Lead the planning, creation and execution of comprehensive UAT strategies, optimizing testing efforts while coordinating with business users
  • Maintain deep functional expertise in SAP FS-CD, including payments, broker reports, account maintenance, installment plans, dunning, autoclearing and system integrations
  • Support large-scale transformation initiatives such as acquisitions, integrations and migrations
  • Drive requirements management activities to support SAP solution delivery
  • Facilitate cross-functional requirements workshops and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
  • Translate complex business needs into effective SAP solutions
  • Support additional initiatives and responsibilities assigned to meet business and project objectives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the implementation of SAP financial applications including the Collection and Disbursement Module (CD) with all sub-components
  • 1+ years of experience within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Background in Business Analysis with strong requirements and documentation skills
  • Conceptual understanding of SAP configuration
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective SAP solutions
  • Proven success leading cross-functional requirements workshops and driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
Nice to have
  • Strong SAP FS-CD experience
  • Background in SAP FI/GL (can be trained into FS-CD)
