We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in Real Estate Management (RE-FX) to join a high-visibility, global project aimed at transitioning and modernizing the SAP landscape.
This role offers the opportunity to lead critical knowledge absorption, ensure a seamless transition, and drive process improvements to align with evolving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive knowledge transfer sessions to gain insights into business processes, configurations, and custom code related to SAP FIN (FICO) and RE-FX
- Conduct hands-on validation exercises within lower environments to ensure thorough knowledge acquisition
- Review and update support documentation, including SOPs and runbooks, for accurate and efficient operation
- Address escalations and resolve complex incidents within the SAP FIN (FICO) and RE-FX stream
- Provide shadowing and reverse shadowing support during the project transition phase
- Collaborate with teams to ensure continuous improvement and innovation of business processes
- Enable a seamless, zero-downtime transition of SAP systems while maintaining operational stability
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SAP FICO, including Real Estate Management (RE-FX)
- Expertise in SAP-FI modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting
- Familiarity with SAP Bank Accounting and General Ledger Accounting
- Strong understanding of SAP support processes and ability to handle escalations effectively
- Proven flexibility to adapt SAP solutions to align with dynamic business objectives
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
Nice to have
- Background in SAP Retail
- Proficiency in complementary SAP-FI modules like Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting
- Capability to work across multiple SAP environments for validation and support
