We are seeking a dedicated SAP C4C Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of SAP C4C modules for Sales and Service.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP C4C modules for Sales and Service processes
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions
- Map client workflows to standard SAP C4C functionalities and identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, enhancements, and development tasks
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and address functional issues
- Provide end-user training and create comprehensive training materials for system adoption
- Support data migration efforts, including master data preparation and validation activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational system issues and provide ongoing post-go-live support
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance with relevant standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C implementations with expertise in Sales and Service modules
- Knowledge of SAP CPI, integration architecture, and data migration strategies
- Background in workflow mapping, business process analysis, and testing methodologies
- Skills in documentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in training delivery, change management, and system troubleshooting
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence for reporting and analytics
- Proficiency in SAP CPI for development and integration workflows
- Familiarity with emerging SAP technologies and enhancements for scalability
