We are looking for a SAP BTP Architect to shape and govern enterprise SAP BTP solutions across security, integration, and DevSecOps. You will define platform standards, reference architectures, and scalable patterns across SAP BTP services while partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver SAP BTP services along with governance standards and best practices
- Define an enterprise SAP BTP reference architecture and keep it aligned with platform strategy
- Set up the operating model and establish a governance framework for the platform
- Architect multi-subaccount and global account structures across SAP BTP
- Create tenant and landscape strategies to support scalable delivery
- Align solutions with business goals and technical requirements
- Develop extension architectures that support Clean Core principles
- Design event-driven and API-first architectures across the landscape
- Architect hybrid SAP and non-SAP landscape solutions and integration approaches
- Lead SAP Integration Suite architecture and drive the API Management strategy
- Establish integration governance, reusable patterns, and B2B, EDI, API and event-based integrations
- Support Joule adoption by defining AI Foundation architecture and Generative AI integration patterns
- Define CI/CD architecture, a DevSecOps operating model, security guardrails, and observability architecture
Requirements
- Hands-on experience of 2+ years in enterprise, solution and integration architecture
- Deep expertise with SAP BTP services such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Event Mesh
- Proven proficiency with SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Build Apps and SAP Build Process Automation
- Working knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio, SAP AI Core / AI Launchpad and SAP Mobile Services
- Solid skills with XSUAA, SAP Destination & Connectivity Services and SAP Cloud Connector
- Strong competency in CAP, CDS and ABAP Cloud, RAP
- Practical background in Node.js, Java and Fiori
- Good understanding of OData, REST APIs and Joule
- Extensive know-how in Cloud Foundry, Kyma Runtime and Kubernetes, Docker
- Proficiency using GitHub, Azure DevOps and CI/CD
- Knowledge of SAP IAS, IPS and OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect
- Clear understanding of BTP Authorization Concepts, Event-Driven Architecture and Microservices Architecture
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1)

- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Datasphere
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Public & Private Cloud)
- Skills with SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP Certified Professional – SAP Enterprise Architect
