We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect II to join our remote team.
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will work closely with a talented team of developers, ensuring that the solutions delivered meet all specified requirements and adhere to best practices. You will also act as a mentor, coaching and guiding less experienced developers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring that they meet all specified requirements and adhere to best practices
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical expertise, support, and mentorship
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced developers, coaching and guiding them towards growth and success
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Salesforce Apex, optimizing the performance of the Salesforce systems
- Debug complex problems and provide scalable and performant solutions to enhance the overall functionality
- Ensure that all Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards and best practices, adhering to security and compliance requirements
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce development practices and technologies
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce solutions, ensuring that they provide efficient and reliable services to our clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of practical hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on developing and designing complex solutions
- At least 3 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Architect
- Expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud), with a deep understanding of their benefits and drawbacks
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Apex, with a proven track record of designing and developing complex Apex code
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing at least one full-cycle design and architecture project from scratch
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
- Strong experience with Salesforce integration, including REST API and other integration methods
- Expertise in Salesforce development best practices, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software within a fast-paced environment
- Advanced English language skills (C1+ level), enabling effective communication with the team and stakeholders
