Join our remote team as a Salesforce Technical Architect I, contributing to the development of high-quality software within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
As a Technical Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the backend architecture for enterprise-level applications on the Salesforce platform. Your leadership will guide a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of top-notch software that stays abreast of industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement backend solutions for enterprise applications using the Salesforce platform
- Guide and lead a development team, offering technical expertise, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure systems meet specified requirements
- Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Apex, optimizing backend system performance
- Debug complex issues, delivering scalable and performant solutions to enhance overall functionality
- Ensure backend systems adhere to customer infrastructure and security standards, following best practices
- Oversee the completion of multiple projects in system design and architecture, showcasing leadership and technical prowess
- Mentor less experienced developers, fostering skill and career growth
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development practices and technologies
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience developing software solutions on the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Lead a technical team in at least 2 projects over the last 3 years, remaining hands-on throughout
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Software Architect
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing robust and scalable solutions using Apex, understanding its benefits and limitations
- Work with various Salesforce tools, including Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL
- Exhibit solid knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices, emphasizing code optimization and software testing
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, showcasing strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Possess advanced English language skills (C1+ level) for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
