We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect I to join our remote team.
As a Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality software while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality software and stays ahead of the latest industry trends and advancements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the backend architecture for enterprise-level applications using the Salesforce platform
- Lead and guide a team of developers, providing technical expertise, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the systems meet all specified requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Apex, optimizing the performance of the backend systems
- Debug complex problems and provide scalable and performant solutions to enhance the overall functionality
- Ensure that all backend systems comply with the customer's infrastructure and security standards, adhering to best practices
- Oversee multiple finished projects in system design and architecture from scratch, demonstrating your leadership and technical skills
- Mentor less experienced developers to improve their skills and careers
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development practices and technologies
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce applications
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in developing and designing software solutions on the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- At least 2 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
- At least 1 year of experience as a Software Architect
- Experience in developing robust and scalable solutions using Apex, understanding its benefits and limitations
- Experience in working with various Salesforce tools, including Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL
- Sound knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices, with expertise in code optimization and software testing
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Advanced English language skills (C1+ level), enabling effective communication with the team and stakeholders
