We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and drive architectural strategies for Salesforce implementation projects.

As a vital member of our IT department, the chosen candidate will lead a team, ensuring the delivery of impactful technical solutions that align with business goals and seamlessly integrate with external systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the technical vision and guide a team of developers and technical experts in creating scalable, optimized solutions that integrate with external systems while ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Facilitate regular communication with client managers and development teams to understand their priorities and ensure alignment between IT strategies and organizational objectives
  • Inform technology departments about emerging frameworks and best practices, advocating for solution designs that address business goals
  • Examine current technological trends and evaluate innovative solutions and technologies for ongoing improvement
  • Address technological risks and collaborate with stakeholders to support sound decision-making
  • Coordinate daily activities and refine design concepts into functioning IT operations for seamless implementation
  • Introduce new functionalities, enhancements, and maintain systems through optimization and refactoring
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Expertise in the Salesforce platform with a comprehensive understanding of its functionalities and constraints
  • Background in leading large teams and consistently completing technical projects in telecommunications or related industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to overcome platform challenges and interpret business needs into technical solutions
  • Stress management skills and a proactive mindset to perform effectively under tight deadlines
  • Advanced English communication skills (B2+), enabling smooth collaboration with client managers, development teams, and various stakeholders
