We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the architectural efforts for Salesforce implementation projects.
As a key member of our IT department, the successful candidate will guide a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that align with business objectives and integrate smoothly with external systems.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and provide direction to a team of developers and technical professionals to implement integrations with external systems, ensuring data integrity and quality while creating scalable and optimized solutions
- Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams to understand their needs and align IT strategies with organizational goals
- Educate technology teams on new frameworks and best practices, promoting design solutions that align with business requirements
- Evaluate current trends in technology architecture and identify innovative technologies for continuous enhancement
- Mitigate technological risks by collaborating with stakeholders to support informed decision-making
- Facilitate ongoing activities and transition design concepts into IT operations to implement technical solutions effectively
- Deliver new functionalities and improvements, maintain systems, and optimize solutions through refactoring efforts
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities, including its capabilities and limitations
- Background in leading large teams and successfully managing technical projects within telecommunications or comparable domains
- Skills in problem-solving and analysis to adapt to platform constraints and convert business needs into technical outcomes
- Competency in maintaining composure and productivity under tight deadlines, with a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in English communication (B2+) for engagement with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders
