We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our innovative team and take charge of architectural strategies for Salesforce implementation projects.

Serving as a pivotal member of our IT department, the ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure the creation of high-performing technical solutions that align with business goals and integrate seamlessly with external systems.

Responsibilities
  • Define the technical strategy and offer guidance to a team of developers and technical experts to integrate external systems, ensure data accuracy, and develop scalable and efficient solutions
  • Maintain consistent communication with client managers and development teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals
  • Share insights into new frameworks and best practices, fostering solution designs that address business needs
  • Evaluate emerging trends in technology architecture and identify opportunities for innovative improvements
  • Manage technological risks and collaborate with stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making
  • Develop operational workflows by bridging design concepts with practical IT implementation for successful delivery
  • Provide iterative enhancements, address ongoing maintenance needs, and optimize technical solutions to improve performance
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Expertise in the Salesforce platform with a strong understanding of its functionality and constraints
  • Background in leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering technical initiatives in telecommunications or related industries
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking to overcome platform challenges and translate business needs into technical plans
  • Strong capacity to remain composed and productive under constrained deadlines with a proactive attitude
  • Solid English communication skills (B2+) to interact effectively with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
